Born in 1956 in Afyonkarahisar. Married with 2 children. With over 50 years of professional experience, he has served in various leadership capacities in the mining and natural stone marble industries. Currently serves as Executive Chairman of Taymandos Marble Mining Inc.
Yücel ALBAY
Born in 1967 in Afyonkarahisar. Married with 3 children. Brings over 40 years of business leadership across diverse industries. Currently serves as Vice President of the Afyonkarahisar Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Executive Chairman of Özgür Yapı Elm Mer Mining Inc.
Mehmet ALBAY
Born in 1969 in Afyonkarahisar. Married with 3 children. Has approximately 40 years of professional expertise across diverse industrial sectors. Currently serves as Executive Chairman of Panova Building Industry & Energy Inc.
Independent Board Members
Halil ŞİMŞEK
Born in 1972 in Antalya. Graduated from Uludağ University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Public Finance, and holds Capital Markets Board (SPK) licenses. Started his career at the Ministry of Finance, serving for 10 years, followed by executive banking leadership as Regional Director in a public bank. Currently serves as Independent Board Member and Chairman of the Corporate Governance Committee.
Elif AYÇIL
Born in 1992 in Istanbul. Graduated from Afyon Kocatepe University Department of Business Administration and earned her Master's degree (MSc) in Accounting from AKÜ Institute of Social Sciences. Holding a Certified Public Accountant (SMMM) license with over 10 years of experience, she serves as Independent Board Member and Chairperson of the Audit Committee.
